What Makes Us Different?

At Your Connects, we are proud to have participant-focused practices.

Your first meeting with us will be focused on you. We will make it as suitable and comfortable for you, to find out how best we can support you.

 

You will be asked questions such as:

  • What are your likes/dislikes?
  • What method of communication do you prefer?
  • Would kind of Support Worker would you like to support you?
  • What are your goals?
  • Tell me what a good day looks like for you.
  • Tell me what a bad day looks like for you.
  • What are your past experiences with providers that you have liked/disliked?

 

No needs are too big or too small, all requests will be handled respectfully.

 

We are proud to maintain high staff retention rates. Your support worker will not only be qualified and experienced, but also dedicated to supporting all participants for a long-term career. We understand the frustration of experiencing many changes with your supports and aim to minimise that stress.
